| Short Description |
Total and dissolved zinc, copper, lead, and cadmium concentrations were measured in the Green, Duwamish, Puyallup, and Yakima Rivers during July 1992 through May 1993. Clean sampling techniques and a preconcentration step (APDC coprecipitation) allowed metals concentrations to be consistently quantified in all samples. The data are evaluated in terms of water quality criteria, seasonal patterns, correlations with other water quality variables, and distribution between dissolved and particulate metal. | |||
