This Consolidated Briefing Paper incorporates all of the information from the Environmental Investigations and Laboratory Services Program (EILS) into one briefing paper for the Watershed Workgroup for the Upper and Lower Snake River Water Quality Management Area (WQMA). Five individual chapters were prepared by EILS to include all aspects of EILS involvement for the Consolidated Briefing Paper as follows: Intensive Surveys and Total Maximum Daily Loads; Ambient Rivers, Streams, and Lakes; Toxics Investigations; Ground Water Investigations; and Compliance Monitoring.
