Within the Sediment Management Standards (SMS), Chapter 173-204 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) adopted in March 1991, the Washington Department of Ecology identified an annual review process to be followed for public review and comment on the rule. In fulfillment of that process, this draft SMS Responsiveness Summary identifies public comments and recommendations on the SMS rule. Ecology received these comments and recommendations from the 1993 annual review, 1995 triennial review, and 1996 annual review. | |
