The remaining chapters of the annual report discuss the solid waste infrastructure in the state, the implementation of solid waste activities through grants to local governments, the statewide recycling survey, litter collection efforts and information on waste disposal. Some of the data is for 1998 (recycling and disposal information), while other data is current to late 1999 (litter pickup numbers and facility status). |
