Publication Summary

This application is for a wastewater discharge permit for a discharge of industrial wastewater to a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) as required in accordance with provisions of Chapter 90.48 RCW and Chapter 173-216 WAC. Permit applications provide the Department with information on pollutants in the waste stream, materials which may enter the waste stream, and the flow characteristics of the discharge. The Department may request additional information at a later date to clarify the conditions of this discharge.
