The Notice of Intent To Construct A Water Well form is a notice to construct or re-construct a well. The notice does not give permission to engage in construction activities or use groundwater. Submission of the Notice of Intent form is mandatory under our laws. It allows Ecology to inspect a well as necessary to make sure it is constructed according to state regulations. | |
