| Short Description |
The Determination of Nonsignificance and Adoption of Existing Environmental Document form can be used to adopt a previously prepared environmental document that adequately analyses the environmental impacts of a new proposal. For example, an environmental assessment prepared under the National Environmental Policy Act may be "adopted" to meet the requirements of the State Environmental Policy Act. For more information, refer to WAC 197-11-600 thru 660, and WAC 197-11-340 for issuance of a determination of nonsignificance. | |
