This form is used by the Spills Prevention Section Inspectors when they observe an oil transfer at a facility. If there are deficiencies in the process of transferring oil, they are noted on these forms. Also, recommendations and any general comments may also be included. This form will be printed in duplicate so that a copy can be left with the oil transfer lead at the facility. | |
