Abstract Long Description

Final project reports include the following: • A description of the problem addressed by the grant; • The purpose of the project; and • The project results and/or outcomes achieved.

Final project reports must be submitted with the last payment request. Your grant officer uses your final project report to develop the final performance evaluation. So your last payment request will include two reports, a progress report for the work conducted during the last work period (needed to complete your payment request) and a final project report (needed to make final payment and close out your grant).
