This form is used by our PREVENTION SECTION Inspectors when they arrive at a Class 4 Marina. Inspectors verify that the marina has followed the expectations of the new Oil Transfer Rule. All relevant information is noted on these forms. Also, recommendations and any general comments may be included. This form will be printed in duplicate so that a copy can be left with the marina manager. | |
