1. Fill out the order form.
2. Prepare check or money order, payable to the Department of Ecology, for the amount listed on the publication summary page.
3. Send your order to:

This address is only for orders to the Dept. of Ecology. Do not send money or orders to the Dept. of Ecology for publications that must be ordered from the Dept. of Printing.
