Publication Summary

This publication was developed to inform Washington State Legislators about grass seed field burning research funding. It provides background information on the 1991 Washington Clean Air Act as it relates to agricultural burning. It describes the purpose of the Grass Seed Account and also tells how the account is funded. A list of research projects funded by the account is also provided.
