In accordance with RCW 43.21A.062(2), the Dam Safety Section (DSS) conducted a periodic inspection of the Lily Lake Dam project on July 25, 1991. As part of the inspection, the DSS performed a hydrologic analysis of the drainage basin to determine the adequacy of the project's spillways. The following is a summary of that analysis. | |||
