In accordance with RCW 43.21A.064(2), the Dam Safety Section (DSS) conducted a periodic inspection of the Stemilt Project Reservoir Dams on July 25 and 26, 1991. As part of the inspection, the DSS performed a hydrologic analysis of the drainage basin to determine the adequacy of the project's spillways. This report summarizes that analysis. | |||
