| Purpose |
Hearings boards. Appeals from decisions and orders of the department of ecology are under the jurisdiction of the pollution control hearings board. Practice and procedure before the pollution control hearings board is governed by the provisions of chapter 371-08 WAC. Declaratory proceedings under the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 (section 18(4), chapter 286, Laws of 1971 ex. Sess.) are under the jurisdiction of the shorelines hearings board. | |
