| Purpose |
The purpose of this regulation is to establish criteria by which the department of ecology shall allocate financial aid, pursuant to the Model Toxics Control Act, to jurisdictional health departments for enforcement of rules and regulations promulgated under chapter 70.95 RCW. | |
