| Purpose |
WAC 173-423-010 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules implementing the California motor vehicle emission standards adopted by the 2005 legislature and codifiedin chapters 70.120A and 46.16 RCW. WAC 173-423-020 Applicability.
