These rules, including any subsequent additions and amendments, apply to waters within and contributing to the Methow River basin, WRIA 48 (see WAC 173–500–040). Chapter 173–500 WAC, the general rules of the department of ecology for the implementation of the comprehensive water resources program, applies to this chapter 173–548 WAC. | |
