- Priorities for Analysis and Initial Set of Straw
Proposals
Below are the priorities for analysis and initial straw proposals from each Technical Working Group. At the August 7 meeting, the TWGs will look to the CAT to embrace these lists of high priority options for analysis. In addition, TWG members have begun to draft detailed descriptions for several of these priority options. Approximately twenty "straw proposals" for policy design are ready for the CAT to review and affirm the spirit and general direction of the draft. During the next phase of the process, the TWGs will quantify the priority options endorsed by the CAT.
