How the Clean Air Rule works

The Clean Air Rule requires businesses and organizations that are responsible for large amounts of greenhouse gases to gradually reduce their greenhouse gas emissions over time. These include organizations such as natural gas distributors, petroleum product producers and importers, power plants, metal manufacturers, waste facilities, and some others.
