Additional Regulations and Permits
There are many environmental permits and regulations associated with
construction projects. Based on your specific project the links below will
provide you with the necessary forms/applications, guidance, and contact
information.

(ORA) permitting and regulatory main page. ORA provides applicants, agencies, and the general
public with permitting and regulatory guidance. On this page you can

Archeology and Historic Preservation Permits: Required for any construction activity that involves the excavation, alteration
or removal of archaeological objects or resources.

Forest Practices Permit: This permit may be required if you plan to do any
of the following: harvesting timber, salvaging standing and down wood,
constructing forest roads, open or expanding a rock pit on forest land for
forestry use, installing and replacing water crossings on forest roads, and
applying forest chemicals with an aircraft.
