Environmental Monitoring Data

Ecology for Scientist's environmental monitoring data page; contains numerous environmental monitoring databases listed by topic, including the Environmental Information Management (EIM) system, Ecology's major environmental data repository.

Program-Specific Databases

  Children's Safe Product Act (CSPA) Reports
Search the database of first reports required from manufacturers of children's products about the presence of specific toxic chemicals of concern in their products. Products covered include toys, cosmetics, jewelry and baby products. Reporting requirements are being phased in.
  Fertilizer Database (Wastes in Commercial Fertilizers)
Information about commercial fertilizers that are registered for distribution in the state of Washington.
  Product Testing Database
Various consumer products are tested to ensure state and federal rules are met. The presence of a chemical in a product does not necessarily mean it's unsafe. See the focus sheet ror more information.
  Dangerous Waste Annual Reporting Information.
This Access Database has information about waste shipped by Generators in the State or waste received by TSDs (Treatment, Storage and Disposal) facilities. This can be searched by facility name, city, zip, RCRA ID, waste description and others. You must download and unzip this file to view it.
