Submit data online

Set up your account
  1. Click Set up account in the blue box -->
  2. Receive your Organization key - usually in a day.
  3. Click Complete user profile and enter your key -->  

If your organization already has a key, go to Step 3. If you don't know your key, contact your EIM Data Coordinator.

Browser compatibility - Microsoft© Internet Explorer 7.x or above.



Submit data using EIM spreadsheets
  1. Download

    ZIP FILE with EIM Spreadsheets, Spreadsheet Help Documents, Data Dictionary, and Submittal Guidelines.

            Also see

          - Online Data Dictionary
     
  2. Fill out spreadsheets (Location, Result, Water Level, and/or Bioassay).
  3. Log into EIM Data Loader.
  4. Enter your Study information.
  5. Submit your data.

  2. Log into EIM Data Loader.
  3. Enter your Study information.
  4. Make your own input file to match the EIM template or use EIM "Define Format" to crosswalk (Location, Result, and/or Bioassay).
  5. Submit your data.
Recent changes
  • Location template changed August 2011 - see summary of changes.
  • For wells we now require elevation and depth info - see Toxics Cleanup Program Site Register entry.
  • We will soon only be accepting elevation in the NAVD88 datum (state standard).  More info coming soon.
  • There is a new template just for well water levels.
Training 

We are now offering hands-on EIM Data Submittal training. This training will consist of setting up your personal EIM account, explanations of the EIM submittal spreadsheets, uploading data into EIM, common problems, and time for questions/individual help. 2012 training dates:

We will tentatively be scheduling EIM training sessions for spring 2012.
