TREE - Technical Resources for Engineering Efficiency

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)

Important Reminders!

TRI Reports are due July 1, 2009
TRI Reporting Materials and Guidance available at www.epa.gov/tri/report

Please be sure to use the correct Tier Two reporting form! The Washington State Emergency Response Commission now requires reporting actual amounts of substances stored on site and has revised the form to include a field for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.

Department of Homeland Security regulations for chemical facilities DO NOT impact EPCRA or Community Right-to-Know reporting responsibilities.

This website is funded in partnership with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries by the Worker and Community Right-to-Know Fund.
