
1. Back up your current EPCRAMail.mde file to avoid overwriting existing work. You will need to know the exact location to import your data into the new version.
2. Download and setup the newest EPCRAMail software in the version of MS Access you need.
3. At the Main Menu or Switchboard, Choose the "Import" option. Provide the location of the “old” EPCRAMail file, for example, C:\WashingtonReporting or just C:\. A box will pop up asking for a year. Enter the reporting year. Businesses report by March 1st for the previous calendar year.
4. Once the data has been imported, you will want to double-check your information. Have any Emergency Contacts or chemicals changed? You will need to enter the name and title of the person signing the reports. This field does not get imported.
