How to Register Back to Top

1. ONLINE:  Our online registration form is secure for financial transactions.  Credit Card or Purchase Order payments. 

2. FAX:  Fill out the printable registration form.  Fax to Washington State University, Center for Distance & Professional Education at (509) 335-7781.

3. MAIL:  Fill out the printable registration form.  Mail to Washington State University, Center for Distance & Professional Education, PO Box 645222, Pullman, WA  99164-5222.

4. ONSITE: This option will be available on all three days of the Symposium.  You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.  The fee is the same as the "After 4-06-07" fee.  Due to our small size and cost, we are not able to offer one-day passes.

1. CREDIT CARD:  VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

2. CHECK:  Make check payable to "Washington State University."

3. PURCHASE ORDER/INVOICE:  Provide the Purchase Order or Invoice Number and Billing Address on the registration form.

Registration Confirmation Back to Top

Online registrants will receive immediate electronic notice.  A confirmation email will be sent within a day (or the following Monday for weekend registration).  Mail and fax registrants will also receive confirmation via email.

Special Needs Back to Top

If you need special accommodations, equipment, or materials, please indicate this on the registration form.  This includes special dietary needs.  There is space on both the online and printable forms.  You can also contact our conference coordinator, Kelly Newell.

Students Back to Top

Students desiring scholarships should not register via the Web site. Instead, please fill out the Student Scholarship Request Form on the Student Information page and follow the instructions there.  The Symposium Coordinator (from WSU) will contact you about registration.

Cancellation Policy Back to Top

Cancellations received in writing by fax (509-335-7781) or email (wsuconf@wsu.edu) by April 20th, 2007 are eligible for a full refund less a $50 processing fee.  Registrants who have not cancelled by April 20th and those who do not attend are responsible for the full fee.  Substitutions are welcome at any time, including on site.  A separate cancellation fee for just field trips and workshops by the April 20th deadline is $10 per event.  The Washington Hydrogeology Symposium's and Washington State University’s liability is limited to the refund of registration fees.
