The 6th Washington Hydrogeology Symposium will be held at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center May 1-3, 2007. This conference is the foremost meeting place for hydrogeologists and other groundwater professionals in the Northwest. The Symposium Steering Committee would like to extend you the opportunity to become a sponsor. Sponsorship will provide recognition of your company in this key conference, which in the past has attracted upwards to 400 groundwater professionals from the Northwest and beyond.

Contributions are tax-deductible!  The Hydrogeology Symposium is a non-profit organization as defined under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. For your records, our federal Tax Identification Number is 20-1100340.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum - $1000 or greater

• Display of company poster* in lobby/break/registration area.
• Recognition (name, logo, and link) on Website and in printed program - includes logo on back cover.
• One complimentary exhibitor registration - includes one individual registration ($350 value).
• Announcement and posting of sponsorship at a break.
• Verbal recognition at opening session and daily meal.

Gold - $600-999

• Display of company poster* in lobby/break/registration area.
• Recognition (name, logo, and link) on Website and in printed program.
• One complimentary individual registration ($200 value).

Silver - $300-599

• Display of company poster* in lobby/break/registration area.
• Recognition (name, logo, and link) on Website and in printed program.

Bronze - Up to $299 or non-monetary

• Recognition of sponsorship on Website and in printed program.
• Seeking folders, tote bags, or pens with company name and logo for registration packets.
• Other items, such as door prizes, include verbal recognition.

*Each company is responsible for providing ~2’X3’ poster with stand – all items will be returned.
