• Solid Waste Planning - Local solid waste planning is the cornerstone of solid waste management in Washington state.
• Washington Conservation Corps Crews - performing environmental restoration projects for local governmental and non-profit organizations.

• Spills Preparedness & Drills - including contingency planning and Geographic Response Plans (GRPs)
