Adoption of a Shoreline Master Program updated for Spokane County consistent
with the Shoreline Master Program (SMP) Guidelines, Chapter 173-26 (Part III),
WAC. This rule would add “Spokane County” and the adoption date, to a list of
Ecology-adopted SMPs in WAC 173-26-070(2). This will be the first
Ecology-adopted SMP added to this list.
