Chapter 173-400 WAC - General regulation for air pollution sources

Purpose

This rulemaking is to update the Toxic Air Pollutants (TAP) list and recalculate Ambient Source Impact Levels (ASIL) to reflect current scientific information. This rule making will also amend Section 173-400-110 to make it consistent with WAC 173-460.
