The purpose of this expedited rule-making is to make a technical correction to clarify how dug wells are to be decommissioned. The recently adopted rule incorrectly omitted the word "the remainder of" in Chapter 173-160 WAC, subsection (3)(c), (3)(d), (3)(e), and (3)(f).
