Question and Answer Conference Call

Ecology is holding a conference call give participants the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the rule with Ecology staff and other callers.

 

Please RSVP no later than noon on March 23 letting us know your intention to participate. We will send the telephone number and access code to those that have sent in an RSVP by the date and time indicated. Please participate in groups if you can in order to reduce the number of telephone lines required.

Ecology has extended the due date for comments to Wednesday April 4, 2007

We want your feedback on the informal draft rule language. Please email your feedback, suggestions, or concerns to WA-recycles-electronics@ecy.wa.gov no later than Wednesday March 14, 2007.

We apologize for the very short review time. This is necessary to meet the August adoption date.  This is an informal comment period and Ecology will not respond to your comments at this time. We will consider your feedback, and where appropriate make revisions to the rule language, before we file our formal rule proposal (CR-102).
