Concise Explanatory Statements/Responsiveness SummariesThese reports provide an explanation of the difference between the proposed rule and the adopted rule and Ecology response to public comments. Economic Analysis ReportsFor all significant legislative rules Ecology is required to analyze the benefits of the rule compared to the cost of implementing the rule. We are also required to analyze the impacts of new rules to small businesses. Read more about rule making and economics. Legislative Implementation PlansThese plans provide a list of bills adopted by state lawmakers during the 2007 legislative session that Ecology is responsible for implementing. Rule Adoption NoticesThe purpose of the rule adoption notice is to inform those who must comply with the rule about the changes to the rule. Rule Implementation PlansThese plans explain how Ecology plans to implement the rules we adopt. |
