Reducing Industrial Sources of Mercury

The 2003 Mercury Chemical Action Plan estimated amounts and sources of mercury in manufacturing.  It suggested reduction options through pollution-prevention planning and fee incentives.  It also suggested "multi-program compliance inspections," much like the the new Urban Waters and Local Source Control projects.
