SPOKANE, WA - Department of Ecology Director Tom Fitzsimmons will be in Spokane on Friday, May 22, 1998, to announce the agency’s decision about the future of burning grass-seed fields in Washington state.
Fitzsimmons will meet with news media at 11 a.m. at Ecology’s eastern regional office, 4601 N. Monroe St., in Spokane (corner of Monroe and Wellesley).
