Ecology Department penalties total $356,287 in second quarter of 2003

OLYMPIA - Following is a summary of all penalties of $1,000 or more issued by the Department of Ecology during the second quarter (April, May, June) of 2003, which totaled $356,287. All together, Ecology has issued $650,837 in penalties this year.
