OLYMPIA - Due to weather conditions, vehicle emission-test stations in Clark, King, Pierce and Snohomish counties will remain closed today.
If conditions permit, the stations will re-open tomorrow, Jan. 8.
Stations are normally open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
The emission-testing program helps reduce air pollution from motor vehicles by identifying high-polluting vehicles that need repairs.
