OLYMPIA - Due to weather conditions, vehicle emission-test stations in Clark County will remain closed today. Stations in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties are now open.
The East Vancouver and West Vancouver test stations will re-open as soon as the weather permits. Stations are normally open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
The emission-testing program helps reduce air pollution from motor vehicles by identifying high-polluting vehicles that need repairs.
