Ecology Department penalties total $308,306 for fourth quarter of 2003

OLYMPIA - Following is a summary of all penalties of $1,000 or more issued by the Department of Ecology during the fourth quarter (October through December) of 2003, which totaled $308,306. All together, Ecology has issued $1,040,517 in penalties for 2003.
