Ecology Department penalties total $203,078 in fourth quarter of 2004

Following is a summary of all penalties of $1,000 or more issued by the Department of Ecology during the fourth quarter (October, November, December) of 2004, which totaled $203,078.  All together, Ecology issued $1,255,012 in penalties in 2004 - compared to $1,040,517 in 2003.
