Ecology Department penalties total $110,100 in second quarter of 2006

Following is a summary of penalties of $1,000 or more issued by the Department of Ecology during the second quarter (April, May, and June) of 2006. Additional penalties issued late in the quarter will appear with next quarter’s penalty summary. All together, Ecology has issued $311,400 in penalties of $1,000 or more this year.
