If you sent formal or informal requests, notices, reports, questions, complaints or other information electronically to anyone in this office during this time, please confirm that the message was received if you don't already have such confirmation. This includes some on-line forms.
Ecology has no indication that any such messages were not delivered, but we are providing this notice to protect against this possibility.
