Aquatic Mosquito Control NPDES
General PermitTo register for an Aquatic Mosquito Control Permit online, you must first sign up for a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account. A SAW account gives you access to a growing list of government services while ensuring your privacy. Please complete the following instructions to access the Aquatic Mosquito Control Permit online registration form.
Register for the Aquatic Mosquito Control Permit Online - in 3 easy steps
Click “sign up” below. Complete the 6 part sign up sequence. Enter your information including your name and email address. You will receive an email confirmation. Click on the link in the email.
Login to SecureAccess Washington. Under “Add a new Service,” look for “ Aquatic Mosquito Control Permit Application.” Click “Apply” in the left column. Your registration request will be sent to the Washington State Department of Ecology. Approval will take one or more business days. You will receive an approval email. Click on the link in the approval email.
Login to SecureAccess Washington. Under “Services” go to Aquatic Mosquito Control Permit Application. Complete the online form.
