Ecology calls burn bans in counties where there is no local air quality agency. There are currently burn bans in the following counties regulated by Ecology:

Stage 2 (Red) Burn Bans
ALL burning is banned in the following counties:

There are no Ecology burn bans at this time

Stage 1 (Yellow) Burn Bans
Using uncertified wood stoves or fireplaces, outdoor burning, and forest burning are banned in the following counties:

There are no Ecology burn bans at this time

Note: Burn bans do not apply to homes with no other source of adequate heat
