Outdoor Burning Law Updated

In 2009, state lawmakers approved Senate Bill 5767. The bill re-organized and re-codified Washington's outdoor burning law (RCW 70.94 Washington Clean Air Act) under a single subchapter in the Revised Code of Washington.
