Outdoor Burning Law Updated

In 2009, state lawmakers approved Senate Bill 5767.  The bill re-organized and re-codified Washington's outdoor burning law (RCW 70.94 Washington Clean Air Act) under a single subchapter in the Revised Code of Washington.

The crosswalk below is intended to help people make the conversion from the old statutory numbers to the new statutory numbers, as well as show the section number of the Senate bill that made the statutory change.
