Notice of a Pre-audit Public Meeting for Air Operating Permit Performance Audits
Per WAC 173-401-920 part (3)(f), notice is hereby given that a pre-audit public meeting regarding Air Operating Permit Performance Audits will be held on March 22, 2005 from 1 pm to 3 pm. The meeting will be held at Department of Ecology, Air Quality Program Headquarters, Room R2C-08, 300 Desmond Drive, Lacey, WA.
Consultants from TechLaw, Inc., under Contract 30700, Work Request 15895, and Ecology staff will be available to answer questions and provide the opportunity for interested individuals to provide comments prior to TechLaw performing the annual routine performance audits, the annual random individual permit reviews, and the periodic extensive performance audits, as specified in WAC 173-401-920. Audits are being planned beginning April 1, 2005 by scheduling appointments with the Air Permitting Sections of the following groups:
