Northwest Pipeline GP's Plymouth LNG Plant/Compressor Station receives pressurized natural gas feedstock from a selection of four main gas pipelines that are owned by Northwest Pipeline GP. The compressor station maintains gas pressure on the four pipelines as demand dictates using four reciprocating engines and one gas turbine, all of which burn natural gas, and liquefies natural gas from the pipelines for peak demand storage.
