PSE-Encogen generates electricity by burning primarily natural gas in three GE Frame 6 combustion turbines. There are provisions for the facility to combust a set amount of diesel in the event of natural gas curtailment. PSE-Encogen is no longer a cogeneration facility due to the closure of the adjacent Georgia-Pacific tissue mill at the end of 2007.

Proposed Title V Permit: Hampton Lumber Mills is a manufacturer of dimensional lumber products primarily for the construction industry. Dimensional lumber manufactured mainly from Douglas fir, but also hemlock, spruce and pine, is produced at the Morton facility then shipped offsite both kiln dried and green. Steam used to kiln dry the lumber is provided by a 59.6 MMBtu/hr hog fuel boiler.
