The recently completed AOP Fee workload analysis, required by RCW 70.94.154(7) has been completed and is available for review. The workload analysis is used to determine the AOP fees for the next biennium (Fiscal Year 06-07, which starts in July 2005 and lasts until June 2007). The amount of work that will be required to implement the program is determined in the analysis. The analysis is then used to determine the total amount of the program budget. Later in the yea, the Air Quality Program will use this budget, along with the emissions inventory, to calculate the individual fees charged to each permittee. If you would like to see the workload analysis, please email ttod461@ecy.wa.gov , and a copy will be forwarded to you.
