The Washington State Department of Ecology has approved the following providers of Proficiency Testing (PT) samples as meeting the requirements of the Laboratory Accreditation Program. Contact the Lab Accreditation Unit (LAU) to determine if the LAU will accept PT sample results from providers not listed.
